As a seasoned design industry professional with over 20 years of experience in both individual contributor and leadership roles, I know what it takes to succeed in UX. I've walked the walk and have first-hand experience leveraging my skills to make a real impact while also accepting limitations and staying passionate about design.
I have built successful design teams that contribute to business success through UX design practices, and helped other UX designers level up their skills along the way. I understand the challenges and roadblocks that come with the territory and have learned to define success based on my values and principles rather than job titles and salary bumps.

How long does the coaching process take?
There is no specific time frame for coaching as the topics and conversations adapt to your needs. You can simply continue coaching as long as you find value in the relationship. In my experience clients get their fist insights and results right from the first session.
Can I change through coaching?
I'd bet on it. Many describe that coaching has been transformational in achieving both personal and professional goals. In my own experience, working with a coach myself has made me become a better leader and partner, increased my resilience and helped me become much more happy and content.
How often do we meet?
I suggest a bi-weekly schedule, to keep up momentum while giving you enough time to digest and implement the changes we discuss. But no matter how often we meet, our schedule always works around what you already have going on in your life. No matter if you'd like to meet before work, around lunch or after work.
What if I wanted to end my coaching engagement?
Short answer, no problem! Our coaching relationship is there to provide value to you. If you feel you are no longer getting your moneys worth, or need to end coaching due to other reasons. We can end the contract by the end of the running month.
